Production Capabilities

 

We have multiple production lines capable of producing millions of bottles annually. Our line speeds typically run at a fill rate around 75 to 90 bottles per minute. Minimum runs are determined by several factors and a full day of production is typically required.

Production Lines

 

Our automated production lines feature rotary fillers, continuous thread cappers, pressure-sensitive label applicators, neckband & shrink-sleeve applicators, bottle unscramblers, carton makers, inkjet coders, and heat-shrink tunnels.

Making the product 

 

Batch sizes range from 300 to 1,300 gallons of product. Shear-mixing blades are used to blend the ingredients and process frozen ingredients such as diced onions. Ambient mixing tanks and steam jacketed cooking kettles produce a variety of products.
